To offer fun, play-based materials and activities that support essential communication skills—from early listening and speech sounds to more advanced storytelling, literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving.

Types of Tools You’ll Find

Each expansion includes three engaging resources:

Puzzles & Matching Activities: Help develop problem-solving, vocabulary, and turn-taking.
Board or Card Games: Encourage collaboration, listening to instructions, and practising speech sounds in a playful context.
Story or Picture Books: Provide prompts for conversation, storytelling, and predicting events—ideal for vocabulary and expressive language practice.
Tactile Toys & Dice Poppers: Offer sensory feedback to maintain engagement while targeting sounds, counting, or sorting tasks.
Picture or Word Cards are useful for building vocabulary, reinforcing phonics, or focusing on specific speech sounds with visual cues.

Expansions at a Glance

1. Base Communication Pack

Focus: Building foundational communication skills—basic vocabulary, turn-taking, and social interactions.

2. Speech Sound Skills Pack

Focus: Improving articulation, phoneme recognition, and clarity of speech.
Typical Tools: sound-focused cards, tactile poppers, or mini games that let children practise target sounds in a fun, repetitive way.

3. Receptive Language Pack

Focus: Enhancing listening comprehension, following multi-step instructions, and focusing on verbal cues.
Typical Tools: a board game or puzzle that requires children to listen carefully, plus a short story or picture set that encourages attention to spoken directions.

4. Expressive Language Pack

Focus: Helping children express ideas verbally, from telling short stories to describing daily events.
Typical Tools: storytelling cards, a simple interactive book, or role-play prompts that inspire kids to speak in sentences and expand their vocabulary.

5. Functional Literacy & Numeracy Pack

Focus: Incorporating early reading, writing, and basic maths concepts into everyday play (e.g., “shopping” activities, labelling items, counting tasks).
Typical Tools: letter-based puzzles, basic number activities, or a child-friendly “menu” or “list” for pretend shopping scenarios.

6. Thinking Skills Pack

Focus: Strengthening problem-solving, cognitive flexibility, and reasoning through language-based tasks.
Typical Tools: open-ended puzzles, manipulative items for building tasks, or scenario-based cards that encourage planning and creative thinking.

How Each Expansion Helps
