How to place an NDIS order with us
If you are self-managed
1) Browse and select your items from our online store and proceed to the Checkout.
2) At the Checkout, opt for the "NDIS Checkout" payment method. This will allow you to complete your order without immediate payment.
3) After completing the order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email.
4) You will then receive a service agreement that needs to be filled out. Please complete this within 7 days.
4) Once the service agreement has been completed, I will send an invoice to your Plan Manager for payment processing.
5) Upon receiving payment, we'll dispatch your order to your specified address and provide a tracking number.
If you are plan managed
1) Browse and select your items from our online store and proceed to the Checkout.
2) At the Checkout, opt for the "NDIS Checkout" payment method. This will allow you to complete your order without immediate payment.

Can I Use My NDIS Funds for Therapy Support Packs?
It’s possible! Many of our Therapy Support Packs align with NDIS funding criteria, depending on your individual plan goals and supports. Designed by a qualified speech pathologist, these packs provide structured, play-centered activities that aim to build essential skills like communication, social interaction, and independence. However, eligibility for funding depends on the specific goals and criteria outlined in your child’s NDIS plan.

Understanding the NDIS “In List” and “Out List”
The NDIS recently introduced “in” and “out” lists to clarify funding eligibility. Supports like ours that focus on skill-building and capacity development may fall within the “in list,” provided they align with individual plan goals. Non-evidence-based therapies and unrelated supports remain ineligible. Always review your plan and discuss with your support coordinator or plan manager to confirm eligibility.
