As the NDIS undergoes changes over the next 12 months, it’s important to stay informed about how these updates might impact your funding and supports. The NDIA has created an updates page to keep participants and providers informed about the latest changes, which you can view here.
I am closely monitoring these updates and working diligently to revise our processes and guidance accordingly. We will update our policies and inform families as soon as new information from the NDIA becomes available, ensuring that our services and therapy kits continue to meet all compliance and funding requirements.

Course Overview: "Small Steps to Big Language" is an 8-module online course designed to help parents support their child's speech and language development. This course offers practical strategies that integrate seamlessly into everyday activities.

Using NDIS Funding: Parents may be able to use their NDIS funding to enroll in "Small Steps to Big Language" The course complements traditional therapy by providing consistent, ongoing support between face-to-face sessions, maximizing the benefits of early intervention.
NDIS Eligibility and Claiming Process
Our therapy boxes and courses may be eligible for funding under NDIS.
If you are unsure whether your NDIS funding can be used to purchase our therapy boxes, we recommend contacting your NDIS Plan Manager, Support Coordinator, or the NDIA for clarification. They can assist you in determining whether these at home therapy boxes can be funded through your plan.

Invoicing and Payment Options:

- Payment Methods: You can pay via credit card or request an invoice for Plan Managed funds.

NDIS Orders Information
Are you looking to use your NDIS funding for our products? Whether you're self-managed or plan-managed, we're here to guide you through the process.
Get in touch with your support coordinator or plan manager for guidance if you are unsure which category you fall under.
For a smooth process, please ensure you include your NDIS participant's full name and NDIS number. You can do this in the Comments Box during checkout or as part of your Billing Details.
Self-Managed Option:
1) At the Checkout, choose the "NDIS Self-Managed" payment method and complete your order.
If you provide credit card details, you won't be charged. Payments for self-managed orders can only be made via bank transfer.
Upon completion, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email containing a PDF link to your invoice.
2) Forward the PDF invoice link to NDIS for payment processing.
3) Once the funds are received:
- Make the payment using the details mentioned in the invoice.
- Email us at info@smallmomentslab.com.au with your order number and name to confirm your payment.
4) Once payment is received, we'll promptly ship your order to your preferred address and provide you with a tracking number. We recommend choosing Express shipping for faster delivery.
Plan-Managed:
For plan-managed orders, the Plan Manager handles the payment process. Here's how:
1) Browse and select your items from our online store and proceed to the Checkout.
2) At the Checkout, opt for the "NDIS Plan Managed" payment method. This will allow you to complete your order without immediate payment.
3) After completing the order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email.
4) You will then receive a service agreement that needs to be filled out and I recommend keeping a copy for your records.
4) I will send an invoice to your Plan Manager for payment processing.
5) Upon receiving payment, we'll dispatch your order to your specified address and provide a tracking number. We recommend choosing Express shipping for faster delivery.
