Your child’s progress is tracked using Therapy Outcome Measures (TOMs), focusing on activity, participation, and well-being.

4. Follow-Up Support

2. Schedule Your Initial Consultation
After completing the questionnaire, you’ll receive a link to a calendar to book your one-hour initial consultation at a time that suits you. During this session, we’ll discuss your child’s needs and agree on therapy goals aligned with their NDIS plan.

3. Plan Development and Agreement
Following the consultation, we’ll outline a personalised therapy plan based on the information gathered. The plan will focus on key developmental areas and functional outcomes.

4. Delivery of Personalised Program and Toolkit
Your tailored therapy program, including video demonstrations and written guides, will be sent directly to you. The program also includes a curated resource kit with tools specifically selected to help you implement the strategies effectively at home.

5. Ongoing Email Support
As you begin implementing the program, you’ll have access to email support for any questions or challenges. Kylie is here to troubleshoot, provide guidance, and suggest adjustments to maximise your child’s success.

6. Follow-Up at 1 and 3 Months
To ensure the program is working effectively, follow-up check-ins will be conducted at 1 and 3 months. These sessions allow us to:
